Responsibilities
Leadership is accountable for setting clear HSE objectives, allocating necessary resources, and
leading by example.
Managers and Supervisors are responsible for implementing HSE policies within their teams,
conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring team members receive adequate training.
All Employees and Contractors are expected to follow established HSE procedures, report hazards
and incidents promptly, and actively participate in HSE programs.
